Shipping Policy

FREE standard shipping on every order to the 48 contiguous US states – no minimum.

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States from our US fulfillment partner.

• Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Standard shipping: Free. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipment (4–7 business days total from your order).
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• Packaging: Orders arrive in plain, unbranded boxes.
• Lost or damaged packages: Contact us at info@alpayesi.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or outside the United States.
